Access recovery

Passwords cannot be recovered. All system passwords are 1-way encrypted and unreadable by this system for added security.

Recovery process

1. Enter your registered e-mail address below
2. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a recovery key
3. Enter recovery key below
4. A new password will be issued to your registered e-mail address
5. Log in using your temporary password then go to your account and change your password

Do you have a recovery key?

Your recovery key will have been sent to your registered e-mail address. Please remember to also check your Spam folders and to prevent system e-mails ending up as Spam please add legacy@mcwarranty.uk to your contact address list.
